These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of Pixowl AI, the agency performance dashboard operated by Pixowl Productions Pvt. Ltd., ("Pixowl Productions Pvt. Ltd.,," "we," "us," "our") at pixowlproduction.com/ai ("the Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who Can Use the Platform

The Platform is an internal business tool. Access is granted only to authorized Pixowl Production staff (admin and employee accounts) and to clients of Pixowl Productions Pvt. Ltd., (client accounts), each provisioned individually. There is no public self-signup.

2. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Admin and employee users agree to access client data only as needed to perform their assigned duties.

3. Connecting Third-Party Accounts

The Platform allows authorized users to connect a client's Google (Analytics, Search Console) and/or Meta (Facebook Page, Instagram Business account, Ads account) properties via OAuth, for the sole purpose of retrieving and displaying that client's own marketing performance data within the Platform. By connecting an account, you represent that you are authorized to grant Pixowl Productions Pvt. Ltd., this access on behalf of that account's owner.

You may disconnect any connected account at any time from the Platform's connections page. Doing so revokes our stored access token and stops further automated data retrieval for that connection.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Access data belonging to a client you are not authorized to manage
• Attempt to circumvent role-based access restrictions
• Use the Platform to store or transmit unlawful content
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's operation or security
• Use automated means to scrape or extract data from the Platform beyond normal use

5. Client Data Ownership

Performance data retrieved from a client's connected Google or Meta accounts (analytics metrics, ad performance, post/page insights, lead form submissions) remains the property of that client. Pixowl Productions Pvt. Ltd., accesses and processes this data solely to provide reporting and campaign management services to that client, as further described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Service Availability

The Platform is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications at any time. Data synced from third-party platforms (Google, Meta) depends on the continued availability and correct functioning of those platforms' own APIs, which are outside our control.

7. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its design, code, and underlying technology, is the property of Pixowl Productions Pvt. Ltd.,. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of the Platform itself to any user.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Platform for any account found in violation of these Terms, or at the conclusion of a client's engagement with Pixowl Productions Pvt. Ltd.,. Clients may request account deactivation and data deletion by contacting us.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform and any data displayed within it (including third-party metrics from Google and Meta) are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant the accuracy of data sourced from third-party APIs.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pixowl Productions Pvt. Ltd., shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
