This Privacy Policy explains how Pixowl AI ("Pixowl AI," "we," "us," or "our"), operated by Pixowl Productions Pvt. Ltd., collects, uses, and protects information when you use our agency performance dashboard at pixowlproduction.com/ai ("the Platform").

The Platform is a client reporting and performance dashboard used by Pixowl Productions Pvt. Ltd., to manage digital marketing campaigns on behalf of our clients. It is not a public consumer app — access is limited to Pixowl Productions Pvt. Ltd., staff (admin/employee accounts) and our clients (client accounts), each with role-restricted access.

1. Information We Collect

a) Account information

• Name, email address, mobile number, and role (admin, employee, or client)
• Login credentials, stored using industry-standard hashing

b) Third-party platform data (via OAuth connections)

When an admin or authorized staff member connects a client's Google or Meta account to the Platform, we access and store the following, strictly to generate that client's performance reports:

• Google Analytics (GA4): property-level traffic, engagement, and conversion metrics
• Google Search Console: search performance data (queries, clicks, impressions, position) for verified sites
• Meta (Facebook/Instagram): Page posts and Page Insights (followers, reach, engagement), connected Instagram Business account posts and insights (followers, reach, profile visits, Reels/Story performance), Meta Ads campaign performance (spend, impressions, reach, clicks, CTR, CPC, CPM, conversions, ROAS), and Lead Ads form submissions where the client has enabled Lead Ads campaigns

c) OAuth access tokens

We store encrypted OAuth access tokens (and, where applicable, Page access tokens) issued by Google and Meta, solely to retrieve the data described above on an ongoing, automated basis for reporting purposes. We do not use these tokens for any purpose outside generating the connected client's own reports.

d) Studio booking data

For clients using our studio booking feature, we store booking dates, studio/slot selections, and related scheduling metadata.

2. How We Use Information

• To generate and display marketing performance dashboards and reports for each client
• To manage client-staff communication, task assignment, and account management within the Platform
• To operate studio booking and content calendar features
• To maintain platform security and prevent unauthorized access

We do not sell personal information. We do not use client advertising or page data for any purpose other than generating that specific client's own reports.

3. Data From Meta Lead Ads

Where a client runs Meta Lead Ads campaigns and has connected their Page to the Platform, lead form submissions (name, email, phone, and any custom fields the client's form collects) are retrieved from Meta and displayed only to that client and their assigned Pixowl Productions Pvt. Ltd., account manager, for the sole purpose of follow-up and campaign reporting.

4. Data Sharing

We do not share personal information with third parties except:

• With the specific client the data belongs to, and Pixowl Productions Pvt. Ltd., staff assigned to that client's account
• With Google and Meta, as required for the OAuth authentication flow itself
• Where required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights and safety of Pixowl Productions Pvt. Ltd.,, our clients, or others

5. Data Retention

Connected account data and cached performance metrics are retained for as long as the OAuth connection remains active, and for a reasonable period afterward for historical reporting purposes. A client or admin may request disconnection and deletion of stored third-party data at any time (see Section 7).

6. Data Security

OAuth access tokens are stored encrypted at rest. Access to the Platform is role-restricted (admin, employee, client), and each client account can only view data belonging to that client's own connected accounts.

7. Your Rights and Choices

• You may disconnect a Google or Meta connection at any time via the Platform's connections page, which revokes our stored access token and stops further data syncing.
• You may separately revoke Pixowl AI's access directly from your Google Account permissions or Meta Business Settings.
• You may request deletion of your account data by contacting us at the address below.

8. Children's Privacy

The Platform is a business tool intended for use by adults acting on behalf of a business or agency client. It is not directed at, and we do not knowingly collect information from, children under 16.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date at the top of this page.
